Painting chairs on the other hand is something I like to do. I have wanted to paint these for a while now. I'm going to do them up with my paint sprayer, kind of a bummer its ninety degrees out there! But like I said, today is my day....
Even the chalkboard paint came out today.
Goodbye green walls...I can't wait to share the room with you!
Have a fabulous weekend.
Hi Londen,

Best wishes,
Tammy
I'm sure everything is going to turn out lovely! Hope it gets cool out for you to paint.

Looking forward to the pictures but can't believe you are painting. It's way too hot for that here :)
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see the new room! Did you roller or spray the ceiling? Either way, I'd be ready for a Gin & Tonic after the ceiling. Have a great weekend....
ReplyDeleteOooo! Exciting! I can't wait to see the finished room! And I agree, painting ceilings - not a good time. But you'll feel so accomplished when it's done!!
ReplyDeleteYay! This is exciting!!! Can't wait to see the it! Enjoy your weekend.

ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see...especially the chalk paint, I have been wanting to use that somewhere!
ReplyDeleteFrench Basketeer,
ReplyDeleteI painted the ceiling with a brush and roller. And yes, I am ready for a margarita!
Oh, I hate painting ceilings too. Stiff neck, stiff arms and no matter how hard I try, even with the colour changing paint, I always seem to miss a little spot. The only thing worse thatn flat ceilings though, is popcorn. 3/4's of our home has popcorn ceilings. Yuck!
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to the reveal.
Great projects, I can't wait to see the results!!

I hope to never have to paint a ceiling! When I was out watering a little while ago, it was nearly 120 on a barometer in the sun. Wow, you go outside, do what you have to, and then rush back in!

Can I hire you Londen, maybe steal or kidnap you? Maybe set a snare to catch you...or just beg!!!
ReplyDeleteI HATE to paint, and I have been painting a gazebo for two days, and still have much to do.
I can't wait to see your room!
hugs
June, you are so cute! If I were close, I would be there to help you paint your gazebo. Then we could enjoy our hard work and look out at your pretty garden with something cold to drink or maybe something frozen...
ReplyDeleteI am so excited to paint SOMETHING with chalkboard paint in our new little house! I am so excited ! We started excavating this weekend! Thank you for your comment tonight on my blog.

ReplyDeleteI need to paint my ceiling also, been putting it off FOREVER since I've heard so many horrible things about it.
ReplyDeleteI'm so excited to see your finished room. Good luck with all the painting.
Oh I hate painting ceilings as well. Something about paint drips in my hair turns me off. I'm curious about the chalkboard paint...can't wait to see the room!
ReplyDeleteI tagged you in my latest blog post :)
I can't wait to see how your chairs turn out!
ReplyDeleteI'm guessing you came across my blog while looking for paint sprayer experiences??? Great to meet a fellow newbie to paint sprayers. I tried mine for the first time over this weekend and have learned a bit too. I'll be posting about it soon.
I'm looking forward to seeing your dining room, can't wait to see how the mirror will look and where the chalkboard paints lands
