The window is just leaning against the wall so I had a chair in front of it so it wouldn't get knocked over by a little someone. It was functional but just temporary.
Now I have a sunny spot for my paper whites. I thought I planted my bulbs too late this year but I think they will be blooming just in time for Christmas. I found the container at an estate sale last year.
The greens on the table are fresh but the Merry Christmas swag is not...I put it together last year. I'm thinking I need some tiny round ornaments or something to throw in with these acorns....what do you think?
I think my search is over for now...this little table just found a new home.

Perfect "find"! I love paper whites, especially at the start of the new year- something about that clean, white fresh start. A couple little ornaments with the acorns would be nice too, but it's sweet as is.
ReplyDeleteIsn't it just the best when you find something you never even realized you had??? I just wish it would happen more often! Lol!
ReplyDeleteOh, and I love how your Christmas tree is reflecting in your window...so pretty! ;o)

Very pretty color combination, very peaceful.
ReplyDeleteSO pretty! I love that chair, too. Thanks for sharing! :-)
ReplyDeleteI love it!! so pretty! I like it just the way it is, but if you think it needs more... by all means...
ReplyDeleteThe little table is a great addition, I think it looks great as is, but maybe a small (milk glass)bowl to hold your greens and acorns...(?)
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous vignette! The table is a treasure. I have those same darling acorn ornaments. I used them at Thanksgiving and now I am using them in my Christmas decor.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely stop and visit!

ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet little table! I think the acorns by themselves is pretty and simple.
ReplyDeletelove the green & white color scheme... and love that little table!
ReplyDeletethat looks so sweet Londen. I did get myself a glittered banner after all...now I just have to hang it up! Your sign in the greens looks perfect.
ReplyDeleteI love when I find things I already had! I love the little gift wrapped on the chair. If you are looking for something to add maybe a little frame would be shiny and cute sitting on that table, but I like the simplicity that you have going on.
ReplyDeleteIt looks so pretty!! It is in a perfect spot, perfectly decked out! :)
ReplyDeletei LOVE when that happens!!! it looks perfect!
ReplyDeleteDarling! I never remember to plant paperwhites until I start seeing them blooming in the stores and stuff. Good job!!!

ReplyDeleteI love it all and title of the post...Using what you've got. It's perfect all together and I love that you can see your Christmas twinkle lights in the windows reflection. oh, and the package all wrapped up with a green bow is pretty perfect too!

What a darling little corner~ I love the window and the chair- so pretty! The table is perfect for your spot and the paperwhites just lovely!
ReplyDeleteLove the paperwhites! I grew some as well - I had to keep finding ways to reinforce them as they kept tipping over - any ideas you came up with them to keep them upright?!
ReplyDeleteI never got around to that wreath chandelier but it is definitely in my inspiration files and I will hopefully get around to it some year to come!
